Oil&nonOil Verona 2020: many registrations even in August!

The summer break did not by any means slow down the flow of registrations for the fifteenth edition of Oil&nonOil, scheduled at Veronafiere 21-23 October: a great many companies also signed up in August

Participants will include the Gavio Group, one of the leading Italian companies in the industry; it was founded in the early XX century in Castelnuovo Scrivia (Albenga) and operates in various sectors: management of motorway networks, construction of large infrastructure works, transport and logistics, technology and insurance services. Gavio also attended the last edition and will take part this year with G&A, iOne Solutions, OMT and PCA.

G&A has operational headquarters in Sannazzaro de’ Burgondi (Pavia). It is one of the leading companies in the petroleum products transport sector in Italy, with a fleet of more than 300 cab trucks and more than 400 semi-trailers.

iOne Solutions in turn has its operational headquarters in Parma. It is a more recent brand but still boasts twenty years of experience in IT technologies and deals, among other things, with payment and online transaction management systems, load plan automation systems, depots and refineries and points of sale with an offering of management software platforms specifically dedicated to fuel distribution as well as transport and logistics.

OMT was founded in Tortona (Albenga) in 1928 as one of the first Italian companies to produce transport tankers; it specialises in the production of cab tractors and semi-trailers for petroleum products (diesel and petrol), bitumen, chemicals and LPG and enjoys a position of leadership.

PCA is an independent and international brokerage firm operating since 1988 in the field of insurance and reinsurance consulting. Its approach is based on strong integration between consulting, insurance brokerage and routine and special management: insurance management is part of the broader scope of risk management.

Oil&nonOil 2020 will also be attended by IMA Servizi, a company based in Casale sul Sile (Treviso) which comes forward as a global partner for refuelling stations from design to construction, maintenance and metrological control, as well as the resale of spare parts and consulting. The Veneto-based company’s customers include large oil & gas companies, network operators of various dimensions and individuals. Its range of services also extends to the electric mobility sector.

Serbatoi Cemin Eurotank is based in Transacqua (Trento). It is another historic company that has signed up the event and specialises in tanks: double-walled, single-walled, designed to meet technical specifications, to contain of bulk pellets, transportable, above ground… The catalogue also includes wells and manhole covers, dispensers and accessories and other metal constructions.

Silea Liquid Transfer based in Ozzano dell’Emilia (Bologna) also registered for the show. In 2012, it took over the most important branch of Silea, including the design and construction of the following products: loading arms for railway and road tankers with standard and special configurations; floating arms for tankers; retractable ladders for loading canopies and a line of positive displacement vane pumps available in various diameters.

Attendance has also been confirmed by Agla Elettronica, Alkom Autocisterne (Tankers), AmSpec Italy, Archigia, Assytech, Brin Company, CashPos, Co.Me.Ca., Elaflex Italy, Emme Informatica, Emme Retail, Fortech, Ham Italy, I Bilanciai, Icad Sistemi, Intrapresa, Isoil Impianti, Maser, Metalscreen, Motorsistem, Sapio, Schermolux Illuminotecnica, Sialtech, Sol, Tecnocryo, Tecnogas, Union Gas Metano, Vanzetti Engineering, Visual and Walter Tosto (see the related articles here).

Veronafiere has confirmed the dates of the exhibition which will be the first physical event held in the exhibition centre after the lockdown period imposed by the coronavirus. Health and prevention procedures have been strengthened: entrances, show halls and external areas have been redesigned in the light of the new “Safe Business” protocol agreed and validated by institutions, health authorities and Aefi, the Italian Association of Exhibition Centres and Trade Fairs.
